Designed for those new to dance, returning after time off or just wanting to go back to basics who want to feel confident, strong and fierce. Expect accessible commercial choreography, an uplifting atmosphere and that addictive post-class feeling when you’ve stepped out of your comfort zone. *Ages 16+
